Processing Times
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, with cut-off times as follows:

  • Orders placed before 10am (AEST) on a business day → processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) on a business day → processed the next business day

Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) on Friday → processed the following Monday
Please note: During public holidays and peak sale periods, processing and dispatch times may vary.

  • Australia Post Express Post + Signature

International:

  • Australia Post Express Courier International
    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Important Restrictions

  • Due to Nike’s trading terms, we cannot ship Nike products outside of Australia.
  • Certain limited releases, including raffle products, may be excluded from any free shipping promotions we are currently offering
  • Customs laws, import duties, and local taxes may occasionally delay international shipments. Please check with your local customs office for the latest updates.

 
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email and/or SMS (depending on your courier).
You can track your order through the link provided in your confirmation email or directly via Australia Post

All deliveries require a signature on arrival. If you choose to authorise delivery without a signature or opt to ‘leave in a safe place’ Laced cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. For order enquiries, please contact us at shop@laced.com.au.
 
Shipping Issues
If you experience tracking or delivery issues, please contact the courier first for the fastest resolution:

For international orders, your parcel will be handed to your local postal provider on arrival. Please contact them directly for lost parcels, delivery delays, or address changes.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for ensuring all products comply with their country’s import laws. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are payable by the recipient.
These charges vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for details.
 
Refused Shipments
If your order is refused or uncollected, it will be returned to Laced. Once received, we’ll contact you to attempt re-delivery or process a refund (excluding shipping costs).
 
GST
International deliveries will receive a 10% GST discount, automatically applied at checkout once shipping details are entered.
