• Australian shipping is free for orders over $300 (some exclusions apply - including new release Nike)
• We ship worldwide via Australia Post.
  *Due to Nike's trading terms, we cannot ship Nike products outside of Australia.*
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Express orders placed before 12 PM midday are shipped the same day; after 12 PM, they ship the next business day.
• Shipping may take longer during major release days, weekends, public holidays or peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas.
• Some releases, including Laced Launches, may not qualify for free shipping promotions.
• For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• International customers: We are not responsible for any taxes or duties.
