Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
In Store & Online
Please choose carefully — we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds are only available for items confirmed to have a manufacturing fault. Faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment, and a refund will only be issued once the fault has been verified.
- Proof of purchase required: All in-store returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.
- Order cancellations:Orders identified as “BOT” purchases will incur a 10%
- restocking fee of the total order value.
- Afterpay cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the total order value.
- Zip Pay cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the total order value.
Online Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in brand new, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact (e.g. tags attached, boxes undamaged).
- All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery.
- Items will be inspected on arrival before an exchange, credit, or refund can be processed.
Faulty Items
If an item is deemed faulty, you may choose from:
- A full refund,
- An exchange for the same or any other item (subject to availability), orA store
- credit.
Final Sale Items
Please note: Gift Cards and Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged so please choose carefully.
