STORE MANAGER
Laced is an independently owned contemporary fashion & footwear retailer based in inner-city Brisbane, built from the ground up with a commitment to premium fashion, authentic brands, limited releases and a community passionate about style and self-expression.
Established in 2006, what started as a small boutique focused on bringing exclusive global brands to Brisbane has grown into one of Australia’s most respected high-end retail destinations. This role isn’t just about managing a store; it’s about helping lead a team, shape customer experiences and continue building on something that has been part of Brisbane’s sneaker and fashion scene for nearly two decades.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and help shape the next chapter of our growth.
The successful applicant understands retail at a high level, thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build strong team culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
THE ROLE
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Brisbane, QLD. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store while driving performance, team development and overall customer experience.
You’ll lead from the front - setting the tone on the floor, maintaining high standards and creating an environment that reflects the Laced brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all daily store operations
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
- Build, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
- Deliver premium customer service and in-store experience
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage rostering, workflow and operational standards
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Support product launches, campaigns and in-store activations
- Foster a positive, accountable and energetic team culture

Opening and closing procedures & cash handling.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous management experience in retail management, preferably within luxury fashion & footwear
- Preferred familiarity with our roster of brands
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A confident and professional presence on the shop floor
- A genuine passion for footwear, fashion and retail culture
- Proven ability to drive results and lead teams effectively
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving retail environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, late nights and key launch periods
