The Casio Gold Ring Watch CRW-001G-9 reimagines one of the brand’s most iconic designs as a piece of wearable innovation. Created for Casio’s 50th anniversary, the ring transforms a classic digital watch into a miniature timepiece crafted entirely in stainless steel and finished in gold ion plating.
Built using metal-injection moulding, the ring captures the contours of a vintage Casio wristwatch in compact form while maintaining full functionality. A downsized digital movement delivers timekeeping to the second, dual-time display, stopwatch, auto-calendar, and 12/24-hour modes — all visible on a crisp 7-segment LCD with a white LED backlight. Casio’s subtle Time Flash feature adds a soft pulse of light at set intervals.
A monocoque case and seamless glass bonding provide water resistance, and the ring weighs just 16g for comfortable everyday wear. The inner diameter is 20 mm (roughly a US 10.5), with included spacers allowing alternative fits in smaller sizes. Packaged with a presentation box, soft pouch, and display stand, it sits somewhere between jewellery, collectible, and functional tech.
