We will make every effort to get all orders shipped out the same day. There may be some instances; on major release days for example, where shipping may take a little longer and we thank you for your patience!
All Standard shipping orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days maximum.
We aim to get all Express orders shipped out the same day the order is placed. Any Express orders made before 12pm midday will be dispatched that same day. Any Express orders received after 12pm may be dispatched the next business day at the latest.
All online orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow extra shipping time during Public Holidays and on weekends.
Some limited and Laced Launches releases may be exempt from any free shipping promotions.
In the event of a return or exchange; the customer is liable for the shipping cost of returning the item to the store. The original shipping cost associated with the purchase is non-refundable.
The customer is also liable for any cost associated with shipping an exchanged item back to them.
