Human Made and adidas continue their collaborative ventures with a new footwear and apparel collection for FW20. NIGO's eye for heritage apparel is channeled through Human Made’s designs for adidas, which include references to NIGO’s personal collection, and nods to vintage sporting silhouettes.
The entirely new Tokio Solar HM takes design cues from the Tokio trainer that was developed for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. Primeknit with suede overlays on the upper sit on-top of a cushioned Boost sole with iconic Human Made heart logo embossed heel patches sit at the back of both shoes.
Accompanying the Tokio Solar is the UNOFCL HM; an archive court sneaker redesigned by Human Made. Three velcro straps sport the slogan, “GEARS FOR FUTURISTIC TEENAGERS” among various custom HM logos all-round while heart shaped perforations form three stripes on the full-grain leather upper.
The Human Made x adidas FW20 footwear and accompanying apparel will be releasing midnight online (12:00am) Friday September 25th. Any remaining pieces will also be available in store later the same day.
