Laced is located in Brisbane, Australia and all goods are shipped from our store location.
We use various Australia Post methods of shipping for both domestic and international orders. International customers can choose either Registered Post (includes tracking) or Express Post International (includes tracking and signature on delivery) methods based on your location and weight of your order.
The estimated delivery time to destinations within Australia is 1 to 5 days with the exception of Perth which can take up to 10 days. Delivery to anywhere else in the world will approximately take 3 to 10 days from the day your order is shipped. While we provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient or incorrect address information, holidays, or carrier complications.
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $15 AU for any combination of items to any destination within Australia. Please note this is road freight and can take up to 7-10 business days to reach you based on your location. If you would like to receive your order sooner please select Australia Post Regular Post or Express Post during checkout.
Overseas shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and ship-to location. Our shipping calculator is built into the shopping cart checkout and postage costs are calculated when you check out. We double box all shoe orders to help protect the original boxes and special care is taken to protect all other items we ship.
We only ship to your confirmed address (this is your Paypal shipping address and the address on file with your credit card company). If you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your account.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Please choose carefully as we do not refund for an incorrect purchase. You are able to exchange an unwanted item for another item in the store, or for an online credit (Gift Voucher) which will be issued to the value of your purchase. The Gift Voucher is valid for 3 Months from the date of issue. Please note; all exchanges are subject to availability.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping item/s back to Laced for a refund or exchange and the item/s are shipped at the customers own risk. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping of the exchanged item. Any item/s being sent back to Laced for a refund or exchange must be in brand new condition as received.

We will send you details via email on how to send the item/s back for refund or exchange.
A refund will not be issued until the items have been returned to Laced and have been inspected. Items that have been approved to be sent back for a refund must be received within 7 days (Australian customers) or 14 days (International customers) of the approval. Refunds will be credited to the customer via the initial method of payment (eg. Credit Card). Any items not received by Laced within this time cannot be processed for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
Any manufacturing faults found in items purchased from Laced are to be dealt with between the customer and manufacturer and are not the responsibility of Laced.
Please be aware that all orders placed online with Laced are subject to availability. There may be instances where for unforeseen circumstances customer orders cannot be fulfilled, in which case we will contact you immediately. Customer satisfaction is our priority and you can be assured we will do everything to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Laced does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion in accordance with the Australia Post Insurance Policy. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Laced reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, at which time, you will be notified via email. All monies will be refunded in the form of original payment.
